And we believe that no one should be worried about sending their loved ones low quality or damaged goods. Flowers obviously have a short lifespan if not properly cared for, which is why we encourage you to check out our flower care page for information on how to make sure your flowers last as long as possible.
Cakes, flowers and custom orders are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before desired delivery day/time.
Two important exceptions
1: If the recipient has no idea who you are or chooses to reject your gift, we cannot provide any refund or credit.
2: If we already tried to deliver your gift but we were unable to hand it over to the recipient (wrong address, nobody is home) and we were not given a working Korean phone number which the recipient would answer at the time of delivery.
Here are the steps you should take when you want to get a refund on a product for whatever reason
- Take 3 photos (front, back, and above) of the product that show the condition of the item upon receipt (if applicable).
- Contact us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Email subject “Refund Request [order number], and name or purchaser
- Attached photos
- A description as to why you want to receive a refund.
- We will process your request within 48 hours from we receive the email.
Once we have learned why you want a refund, we will start the process of refunding your money. A credit will automatically be initiated. Paypal refunds, store sale refunds, bank transfer refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days, 2Checkout refunds can take anywhere from 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you received the item as a gift, you may contact us on the gift giver’s behalf. We will then notify the gift giver and send the gift giver a refund once we have picked up the product and reviewed your information.

Depending on where you live, it could take a few days for our representative to reach you and pick up the purchased product.
Right To Decline Service
We are more than happy to provide great customer service, which is why we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all our products. However, if we feel a customer is taking advantage of any of our services, we reserve the right to decline further service to that customer once the initial refund has been made.
